Terms of Service — ReplenFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplenFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplenFlow is an inventory management platform for Amazon sellers. The Service allows you to upload Amazon report files, track inventory metrics, manage replenishment, and generate buy lists. ReplenFlow does not connect directly to your Amazon Seller account via API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform.
After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions are billed annually in USD. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ReplenFlow account settings.
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
30-Day No-Hassle Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Upload malicious files or content.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ReplenFlow. You grant us a license to retain, store, and process your data for the purpose of providing the Service and for the intellectual property of ReplenFlow, including improving our product, training our models, and developing new features. 8. ASIN Limits

Each subscription tier has a maximum number of ASINs you can manage. If your catalog exceeds your plan's limit, you will need to upgrade to a higher tier. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain pages and features until you upgrade your plan.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or insights generated will be accurate or complete. Inventory decisions made using ReplenFlow are your sole responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplenFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
